INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy offers ongoing, one-to-one psychotherapy that integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based support in a way that feels calm, human, and grounded.

This is a space to gently untangle what’s been feeling heavy — anxiety, stress, overwhelm, old patterns, or emotional intensity — while building a deeper understanding of how your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system interact. Over time, we explore what’s underneath your experiences and support meaningful shifts that feel steady, supportive, and sustainable.

Sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to show up as you are and engage in therapy from anywhere in Ontario, with consistency, care, and intention.

GROUP THERAPY

Group therapy offers a supportive, therapist-led space where you can explore your experiences alongside others, in a way that feels grounded, thoughtful, and human.

These groups integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based psychotherapy to help you slow down, notice patterns, and understand how stress, emotions, and old narratives show up in both mind and body. Together, we create space for reflection, shared understanding, and meaningful connection — without pressure to perform or “fix” yourself.

With gentle guidance and collaborative exploration, you’ll build practical tools that support regulation, self-compassion, and clarity in everyday life. Group therapy is a space to feel understood, supported, and accompanied as you move forward at a pace that feels safe, steady, and sustainable.
