Hi, I’m Amanda — founder of Wellness and Co Therapy. I created this virtual psychotherapy practice as a calm, grounded space for people across Ontario to slow down, feel seen, and make sense of what they’re carrying. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and over a decade of experience in mental health, my work blends ACT, CFT, mindfulness-based strategies, somatic awareness, and whole-person wellness to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with more clarity and calm.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and certified yoga teacher, I offer warm, steady support that honours both the mind and the body. Before founding Wellness and Co Therapy, I led a multidisciplinary clinic serving clients across Southern Ontario, which strengthened my commitment to creating therapeutic spaces where people feel supported, understood, and genuinely seen.
